Founded in the 15th century, the Historic City of Ahmadabad was inscribed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in July 2017. Located in Old Goa, the monuments reflect the historical significance of Goa as the capital of Portuguese India.

The Khajuraho Group of Monuments were listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986. The Monuments are located in Madhya Pradesh and were built during the Chandella dynasty between 950 – 1050 CE. The site originally had 85 temples, but only about 25 have survived.

The Qutub Minar was listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1986 and is located in the Mehrauli area of New Delhi. The minaret and victory tower were built in the early 13th century by Qutb-ud-din Aibak and were later completed by his successors.
